We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Support professional to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client dashboards are always up-to-date, accurate, and delivering a seamless experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in data management, problem-solving, and client service—all while working with a dynamic team that values continuous learning and collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dashboard Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain our Power BI dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency. Spot discrepancies early, resolve issues quickly, and keep the client experience running smoothly.
Issue Detection and Resolution: Run routine checks on dashboards to verify links, images, and data flows. You’ll catch and fix issues before they impact the client, guaranteeing a high-quality experience.
Resource Management: Help manage our Azure Database by monitoring usage and ensuring that data handling stays within set limits. You’ll be the first to spot potential risks and keep data processes efficient.
Process Optimization: Work closely with the team to improve our data integration (ETL) process, finding ways to make data extraction, transformation, and loading even more efficient.
Reporting and Documentation: Generate clear, actionable reports on dashboard and database performance. Identify potential risks and offer recommendations to ensure consistent, high-quality client operations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Power BI Knowledge: Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- SQL: Basic SQL skills to query databases and support data management.
- ETL Understanding: Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools to support efficient data handling.
- Data Visualization: Skills to create clear, effective reports that aid decision-making and enhance the client experience.
