Job Descriptions:
The Head of Consumer is someone who develops and implements strategies to drive consumer engagement, growth, and satisfaction of Mekari's financial services. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in Indonesia's financial services industry. As the Head of Consumer, you will be responsible in:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for consumer-focused financial services.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align consumer strategies with overall business goals.

Consumer Experience Management:
- Oversee the design and implementation of consumer-centric solutions and initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional user experience and satisfaction through continuous feedback loops and improvements.
- Analyze consumer feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhancements.

Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize market insights to drive product innovation and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and other professionals within the consumer segment.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and technology teams, to ensure alignment and integration of consumer initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and industry influencers.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all consumer-facing products and initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and manage risks associated with consumer products.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or related fields, with a focus on consumer products.
- Past experience in Consulting is a huge plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching consumer-focused financial services.
- Experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the fintech space.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance consumer experiences.
