RCM Technologies, a multi-disciplinary engineering company located in Oakland, NJ, is seeking Structural Engineers with 3 to 10 years of experience in the design of industrial and commercial buildings, electrical generation stations (fossil and nuclear), electrical substations, and miscellaneous structures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement for a mid-level structural engineer through participation in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary approach to developing innovative engineering solutions for our local, national and international clients.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
Minimum of three (3) years of industrial and commercial building design, Generation Stations and/or Substation design experience.
EIT or Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
Experience with Concrete and Steel Design.
Experience with Finite Element Analysis, preferably STAAD Pro and RISA 3D.
Ability to develop and review design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Ability to prepare structural calculations using Excel and MathCAD.
Ability to conduct site visits and structural field investigation.
Work within a team-oriented environment to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industrial sites, electric generating stations, and/or substations.
