Summary: The regional field trainer will be responsible for coaching and developing all Beauty Associates on core products along with novelties in their region, with a sales first mindset. As a Regional Trainer you will be accountable for the performance of your business area and will based in the field travelling to doors in your region to drive sales, engage & inspire all BAs on all Huda Beauty brands.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example when on the shop floor in customer service, product knowledge and represent the Huda Beauty brand to the highest standard.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer training teams to maximize the brands exposure.
  • Work closely with Manager to schedule calendar and strategize education opportunities.
  • Plan & execute in-store training and implement training materials in your region to motivate and inspire.
  • Educate sales associates on Huda Beauty Brands, sales and artistry techniques (in store, classroom and convention style)
  • Support & train BA’s prior & during all animations to deliver maximum ROI. 
  • Translation of all English education materials & resources in to Italian
  • Create educational video content for retailer eLearning & communication platforms.
  • Evaluate training programs and share feedback.
  • To report/ log all visits and training successes with line manager and provide feedback to relevant departments.
  • Work within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage and control product incentives with the retailers for the in-store personnel.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in beauty
  • Experience in training/ education in store, classroom and large scale conventions
  • Strong written and oral communication in French & English, organizational and time-management skills (additional languages will be an advantage, Spanish, Turkish & German)
  • Confident and experienced in public speaking
  • Candidates must be results-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires up to 80% travel
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office
