Digital Specialist 

Do you understand the complex digital landscape of today? What about the one tomorrow? Do you know about Social Media, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, CRM, Web, Data, Audiences, SEO? Sounds familiar? Then keep reading. 

We are looking for someone that can grasp the complexity of all the above, and more to come, to help lead a team, and our clients, and make them grow and win in digital. We need someone that can take digital with a wide vision and distil it into campaigns, actionables, recommendations, improvements, opportunities, innovation and more.

Someone eager to join a mixed team of Client Services and Project Management, to work closely with Creatives, Content Creators, Designers, Community Managers and Analysts to develop the best creative and transformational digital opportunities for one of our main clients.

Someone able to provide Strategy to execution guidance and lead on digital. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage/coordinate client relations for all Digital Initiatives (Social, Web, Blog, Paid Media recommendations, Data, etc.) 
  • Work across disciplines (Creative, Data, Social, etc) to create a holistic cohesive and coherent approach.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss the best approach for any initiative in the digital landscape.
  • Coordinate, with Account and Project Management, our work for 1 client in 3 markets.
  • Provide best practices examples for inspiration, examples, benchmark.
  • Build, alongside the whole team, digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and content plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse social media trends and competitors, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Oversee website management and ensure it aligns with the company's digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimise web content.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement and manage CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

 








Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven track record of +7 years of experience in agencies attending FMCG clients in similar roles, and ideally a multimarket approach. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital creative business at agencies
  • Someone up-to-date in the latest trends in digital marketing with deep knowledge of social, content, web and data.
  • You have a proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible.
  • Constantly updated on the most interesting best practices or emerging trends happening in our market, contributing to inspire enthusiasm about services within the Agency; -
  • A passion for delivering digital experiences that excite and assure, and reporting performance against business metrics
  • Knowledge in defining and enabling clear customer journeys, with a passion for optimising those journeys based on data insight
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Italian and/or French is a plus) - you will be working on a daily basis with 3 markets (Spain, Italy and France).
