Aligned Modern Health ("AMH") is seeking new graduates and experienced Chiropractic Physicians to join our team at locations in the city and northern/northwestern/southern suburbs of Chicago. The successful doctors at AMH are outgoing, engaging, caring, and patient-first oriented. Our Physical Medicine care model is heavily rooted in the McKenzie (MDT) method, functional rehabilitation, and strength training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients, including range of motion, neurologic testing, functional test, orthopedic testing, X-rays if warranted, and McKenzie Assessments, to establish an accurate diagnosis.

• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, incorporating the McKenzie method, functional rehab, and strength training principles. Plan treatment frequency and stages according to AMH's 3 Phases of Care.

• Case Management: Oversee the management of each patient's case, including delegating exercises to the rehab specialist and any myofascial work to the massage therapist.

• Referrals and Education: Educate patients on referrals to the acupuncture and functional medicine teams based on their clinical presentation.

• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development during your first year of employment to bridge any gaps in medical knowledge, with a focus on MDT certification (Parts A and B).

Qualifications:

• Preferred: McKenzie-focused with Part A or higher completed (though not required).

• Skills: Strong functional rehabilitation, strength training, and adjusting skills; evidence-based approach to care.

• Attributes: Entrepreneurial drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-first mindset.

• Marketing Assistance: Our marketing team handles the majority of promotional efforts but may request provider participation in content creation and events.

We offer competitive full-time employee compensation of $70,000-$80,000 base salary per year (based on experience), plus bonus opportunity (average total compensation is $80,000-$100,000), with additional benefits, including:
