What you will do:
Our CSRs make a difference in the lives of our clients and patients every day. You play the starring role in every client experience, from checking patients in and out of their appointments to managing phones and scheduling appointments - while providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

What we are looking for:
• Veterinary or medical office experience is preferred but not required. Service, love for animals and a desire to learn are most important. We will train the right candidate!
• Ability to use positive, professional language and excellent communication skills, even in challenging situations
• Time management and organizational skills. We are a busy practice with lots of clients looking for support from us every day!
• Willingness to learn and grow
• A passion for both pets and people!
