Job title: Box Admin

Location: Canada Remote

Job type: Contract

• Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into a solution or set of tasks in Box cloud applications Desired.

• Manage enterprise settings for global security, encryption, device trust, content sharing and notifications Desired.

• Experience with one of the following: C#, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, REST API Desired.

• Good knowledge on working with Box Admin console.

• Experience with Box, Active Directory, Accounts Provisioning and Deprovisioning, setting up Box for collaboration & Sharing.

• Administer support of users and groups including add or remove users, manage their settings, and convert unmanaged users to managed users Required.

• Good knowledge on Customizing & Integrating with other products.

• Coordinates with Customers and Box on testing and deploying new Box Releases Required.

• Manage enterprise settings for global security, encryption, device trust, content sharing and notifications Required.

• Troubleshoot production issues impacting performance/availability/stability of our supported services/applications amongst various teams Required.

• Manage enterprise platform sandboxes. Provide, and remove access to sandbox for users and departments Required.

• Manage user accounts in Box and generate report(s) to identify license consumption by each agency/user group Required.

• Performs tenant admin, license and user management and other administrative tasks in box cloud applications.

• Creation and development of Process Automation and Workflow Automation scripts using Box features.

• Strong working knowledge in developing capture solution and Integrations with other ecosystem including workflow solutions and automations using Kofax capture/Image access.

• Business Process and workflow development, Custom forms development, and document conversion profiles.

• Experience with end-end testing with Kofax business process and box repository.

• Experience with relational databases including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
