Role Overview: As the Senior Product Manager - Growth at Signeasy, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a product-centric approach. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the user journey, ensuring that every interaction with our product contributes to growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that leverage the product as the primary driver of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLG Strategy: Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that drives user acquisition, activation, and retention. Identify and leverage key growth levers within the product experience.

  • User Journey Optimization: Analyze and optimize every user journey stage, from onboarding to activation to long-term engagement. Implement changes that reduce friction, increase conversion rates, and enhance user satisfaction.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of product changes. Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of PLG initiatives. Align growth objectives with overall business goals.

  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Engage with users to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to refine the product experience and inform growth strategies.

  • Adoption & Engagement: Own feature adoption, influence engagement with life-cycle emailers, and influence cross-platform adoption (integration/mobile) to influence conversion and retention.

  • Retention & Monetization: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value. Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and monetization within the product.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product-led growth initiatives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the success of growth efforts.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product managers, data team, and other team members. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience, focusing on product-led growth. 8-10 years of overall experience in IT. Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.

  • PLG Expertise: Deep understanding of product-led growth principles and tactics. Proven track record of driving growth through a product-centric approach.

  • Experimental Mindset: Proven ability to design, execute, and iterate on experiments, using data-driven insights to drive product growth and innovation.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams. Experience with analytics and growth tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other growth experimentation methods.

  • User-Centric Mindset: Passionate about understanding and solving user problems. Ability to translate user needs into actionable product features that drive growth.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Clearly articulate growth strategies and product vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
