Your day-to-day:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research and report market insights.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Github, etc).
- Collaborate with Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines and expand your network for hiring needs.
- Ensure that the compatible candidates are identified and clearly presented to the recruiter or hiring manager.
- Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven track record of working as a recruiter or talent sourcer.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and different platforms used to source/identify candidates (LinkedIn, Github, stackoverflow, etc).
- Creative and outside-the-box thinking to sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication & relationship-building skills.
- Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Motivation and interest to grow in the recruitment field.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 1500 - 2250 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
