The ideal candidate for this project will have the following experience and skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customer service, sales, marketing, Customer Insights and Customer Voice
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI
- Strong understanding of case management systems and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
- Experience with SharePoint and experience migrating data from SharePoint to the Power Platform
- Strong experience in data integration and the ability to connect various systems and data sources
- Good understanding of testing web applications for mobile use and accessibility
- Strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to come up with solutions to complex issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the business team to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Strong ability to be autonomous, pro-active and self-motivated
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development and experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is required.
- A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is also preferred
