Responsibilities:
· Monitor pending issues for properties under acquisition, through auctions or consensual agreements.
· Review and update entries to ensure accuracy and relevance of the Group's Real Estate data
· Review of Accounting data and Property acquisition documentation
· Responsible for property data changes in the Land Registry
· Participate in the monitoring of compensation claims due to damages
· Collect, process and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in order to monitor the Group's Real Estate exposure
· Provide complete and accurate financial information to the Group Financial Management team
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field (BSc, MSc)
· 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the Financial Services sector, in Servicers management or in the Real Estate sector
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
