<p>A results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Specialist is sought to join a dynamic team, responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a desire to take on exciting challenges.</p><h3><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Reporting to the Head of Advertising, the PPC Specialist will:</p><ul><li>Plan and execute campaigns across various paid digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta, and Programmatic, for multiple brands.</li><li>Develop PPC strategies and projections to achieve yearly KPIs and targets.</li><li>Monitor key performance metrics across tested platforms to inform data-driven decisions.</li><li>Provide recommendations on scaling, pausing, or iterating test results to optimize efficiency and budget allocation.</li><li>Utilize first-party and third-party data to enhance audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.</li><li>Prepare performance and insight reports, analyzing results against business KPIs to evaluate ROI.</li><li>Create engaging content that drives performance and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, agencies, and stakeholders to produce creative briefs that maximize campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Engage with media publishers, external agencies, and freelancers to support campaign execution.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.</li><li>Test and evaluate new PPC channels and platforms to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging algorithm changes and new advertising technologies, including AI, to refine testing methodologies.</li><li>Support the preparation and go-to-market strategies for new brands.</li><li>Assist team members in planning and executing multiple projects within agreed timelines.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPC marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry (experience in multiple markets is advantageous).</li><li>Proficiency in managing campaigns across various paid digital marketing platforms, including Google, Meta, Telegram, and Programmatic.</li><li>Strong understanding of different digital platforms, buying models (CPC, CPM, CPA), and performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, Conversion Rate).</li><li>Knowledge of third-party tracking solutions, attribution models, and postback integration.</li><li>Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data-driven insights.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-focused, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.</li></ul> •
