The QA consultant will test all features of the TLC Connect back-end system on the Salesforce platform. TLC's existing systems will be modified as existing systems need to co-exist with TLC Connect. This resource will ensure the entire experience in TLC Connect is seamless and can co-exist with the legacy systems.
The QA tester will be responsible for testing modifications made to legacy applications ensuring that access to the decommissioned features is disabled and ensuing the new created features function during the implementation.
Tasks Plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for modifications made to legacy applications Work closely with development teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the development process. Plan, create, execute, and automate test cases, working with TLC business partners, developers, and other stakeholders. Document and analyze test results, recommend corrective action and facilitate prioritization of remediation activities Isolate, reproduce, manage, and maintain defects and test case databases, and verify fixes. Support user acceptance testing conducted by TLC business partners/end users. Identify opportunities to reduce testing time and effort by automating repeatable tests. Enhance and maintain the test automation framework. Define and champion quality and testing best practices among development teams. How will the QA's tasks change as the project progresses?
