Role Background

We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Programme Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This role is 100% remote, based in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, a talent for juggling multiple priorities, and a passion for driving projects to successful completion.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they align with our business goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programmes from inception through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across all teams involved in the programme.
• Continuously monitor and report on programme performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Drive process improvements to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during programme execution.

Who are we looking for?

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. Highly organised and time aware.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira etc) is a plus.
• Degree-educated, preferably in business management, project management, or a related field.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (British time)
Benefits: ₱125,000 per month + 13th month + performance related bonus + ₱15,000 Annual HMO Card Allowance.
Holiday: 10 Days Paid Time Off + PH Public Holidays
