About the Role

Our client is seeking a mid-level videographer with expertise in live streaming for social media platforms like YouTube and Twitch. The client's project aims to capture the vibrant atmosphere of college football games in Ann Arbor, Michigan, by conducting live interviews, hosting trivia giveaways, and showcasing the student community.

As the client ventures into content creation, they are looking for a videographer who can blend engaging live stream techniques with an authentic student experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing creative and professional support to ensure the success of this unique project.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client to understand the vision, objectives, and desired format for the live streaming content.
• Provide technical expertise in setting up and operating live streaming equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and any necessary software or platforms.
• Ensure seamless live streaming execution, maintaining high-quality video and audio throughout the event.
• Capture engaging footage and conduct live interviews with students, capturing the energy and excitement of the college football experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in live streaming video production, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in social media-focused content creation.
• Proficiency in operating professional-grade video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear suitable for live streaming.
• Familiarity with popular live streaming platforms, such as YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook Live, and the ability to seamlessly integrate them into the production workflow.
• Strong technical skills in setting up and managing live streaming setups, including encoder configurations, internet connectivity, and stream optimisation.
