Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.</em><em><em><br></em></em></p><p>We are seeking a motivated <strong>Junior Business Controller</strong> to ensure accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting high-quality decision-making within the Business Line Leadership Team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Cathelco & HEM Business Line.</li><li>Check and challenge reporting across all Business Line entities, including order intake, sales flash, gross margin, overhead costs, and other financial statement items.</li><li>Maintain and develop management reporting.</li><li>Oversee weekly reporting of sales and order intake, enabling the management team to challenge Sales teams effectively.</li><li>Ensure correct forecast and budget inputs into Tagetik, aligning with entities and business finance planning.</li><li>Provide business partnering support to the Business Line Leadership Team, delivering ad hoc analysis as required.</li><li>Develop a clear understanding of gross margins, intercompany operating models, and key profit and turnover drivers.</li><li>Deliver suitable reporting to support business growth strategy.</li><li>Occasionally travel to other entities within the Group.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of consolidation processes and tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>CIMA qualified (or consideration given to ACCA/ACA or equivalent).</li><li>Strong analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and global environment where you will play a crucial role in financial decision-making.
