About the Role:
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager mainly for our APAC region with experience in transfer pricing compliance and transfer pricing planning to be part of the Global Tax team. You will report to the Global Transfer Pricing Director and will support the tax team with multiple countries transfer pricing reviews and compliance documentation in APAC and rely on the relationship with external tax advisors in each country. You will interact with professionals from different cultures and background and serve as business advisor to our internal clients (business units). You will support the tax and legal teams with intercompany agreements drafting and review to be able to accomplish with a multinational group’s transfer pricing reporting obligations.
This is in partnership with Media Donuts by Aleph (Aleph's partner in the Philippines).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in the delivery of a full range of transfer pricing services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
- Build relationships and interact with Global Tax team as well as different Tax Firm Worldwide to provide transfer pricing compliance and help with the implementation of transfer pricing policies
- Be responsible for the implementation of transfer prices among group companies with main focus in our APAC region
- Provide support from the transfer pricing perspective to the tax and finance teams in order to advise the Group companies
- Review or draft transfer pricing returns/studies
- Provide support to the tax team to identify and mitigate transfer pricing risks
- Coordinate with accounting department, Global tax team and local finance managers
- Support with the transfer pricing compliance process
- Provide support and coordinate transfer pricing audits
Requirements
- English - Bilingual / Advanced
- 5+ years of experience in International Firm - Public Accountant or Economics with proven working experience as transfer pricing manager
- Proven knowledge of transfer pricing regulations globally (compliance, BEPS 2.0 initiatives, CbC compliance)
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Ability to develop excellent relationships
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
- International tax knowledge is welcomed
- MBA or MA in Economics is preferred
