Description:

overall 10 Years of experience as Test Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Leading SAP Testing for Utilities.
The ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding and skills in Test Management, Establishing Testing process, driving testing stage gate meetings, defect triage meetings, hands on experience in writing Testing Strategy and Test Plans. Would have participated in at least 1 successful end-to-end SAP S/4 for Utilities implementation.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Utility Testing processes including:
- Writing overall Test Strategy for the program
- Creation of Test Plans of ITC, Regression etc.
- Conducting workshops with Business stake holders for Identifying Test Scenarios.
- Create Testing project plan and tasks.
- Have worked on multi vendor environment.
- Create Daily status and weekly status reports for testing.
- Conduct SIT kick off meetings as needed.
- Accountable for all testing deliverables for the project.
Ability to clearly communicate (written and oral)
Ability to understand Utility business requirements and produce best practice Testing artifacts
Hands-on knowledge and experience in writing Test Strategies and Test Plans for SAP S/4 ISU.
Knowledge and understanding of integration with GIS and Outage Management Systems
Ability to guide offshore team in creating and executing test cases.
Knowledge in MDMS Integrations and Legacy applications with ISU and driving end to end testing.
