8 Years of Experience in:

1. Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project (where the software is developed in house for that specific organization) in an environment of similar size and complexity to the AGLC.

   <>2. Experience in a project management role.   

   <>3. Experience defining/managing project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.   

   <>4. Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.   

   <>5. Demonstrated experience managing custom application development projects with at large teams.   

   <>6. Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face meetings with clients and technical teams   

Description of Skill:

   <>1. 5 years of Experience creating and managing project GANTT charts in Microsoft Project.   

   <>2. 5 Years of Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.   

   <>3. 3 Years of Experience leading change management and communication planning.   

   <>4. 5 Years of Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.   

   <>5. 3 Years of Experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment.   

   <>6. 3 Years of Experience working with staff, contractors and vendor teams.   

   <>7. 1 Year of Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology and scrum process.   

   <>8. 3 Years of Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress   

   <>9. 5 Years of Deep understanding of project implementation methodology   

   <>10. 5 Years of Experience managing resources throughout the project delivery lifecycle
