Regional IT Administrator

Join AnyMind Group as our Regional IT Administrator (HRIS) and become a key player in shaping the future of our global HR and IT systems. You’ll manage and optimize essential platforms like HRIS, Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot, ensuring they operate seamlessly across 22 locations in 15 countries. 
Beyond the technical scope, your role is central to our growth—leading integrations, driving account migrations during M&As, and serving as the go-to expert for system inquiries and training. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

 

What You'll Do

Account Management:

• Administer and maintain HRIS, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and other software accounts across AnyMind Group’s regional operations.
• Ensure these systems are functioning optimally, with user access managed efficiently and data maintained accurately.
  

Integration:

• Lead the integration of new software with existing platforms such as HRIS, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Design and implement workflows that seamlessly incorporate new tools into our tech ecosystem, enhancing overall productivity and user experience.

Migration:

• Oversee the migration of software accounts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate acquired companies into AnyMind Group’s systems.

User Support & Training:

• Serve as the primary contact for all software-related inquiries, providing expert support to users across the organization.
  
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system adoption.

System Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR processes.
• Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• Proficiently in English 
• 2+ years of experience in IT administration including Google Workspace
• Excellent skill in Google Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for user training and support
