The Challenge

Urbantz is growing. Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic, high-performing and experienced Customer Project Manager.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex and enterprise-level projects.

The Day-to-Day

  • Have direct accountability for the overall success of client projects - from start to finish.
  • Have a deep technical understanding of Urbantz’s product and pilot the technical integration of the tool.
  • Maintain project budget, scope and timing.
  • Identify risks and issues and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders.

The Must Haves

  • Next to being fluent in English, you speak excellent, near native level of both French and Spanish.
  • A degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a software environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at different levels – from warehouse managers to CEOs.
  • The ability to communicate efficiently with software engineers.
  • Flexibility and self-organisation.
  • Willing to invest in your knowledge of business and technical matters.
  • Willing to travel for project kick-offs, client meetings and company events.
