Val Media is a dynamic digital media company specializing in TikTok services for clients across Malaysia. Our services include Shop Onboarding, Account Management (Live & Video), Shop Management, Product Content Management, Affiliate Management, Paid Ads, and Host/Operations Recruitment and Training. We are passionate about creating engaging content and fostering collaborations to drive our clients' success on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Support Brand Management: Assist in managing our clients' brands on TikTok Shop, including creating compelling content and coordinating with creators for collaborations. Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

• Campaign Participation: Work closely with creators to encourage and assist their participation in our marketing campaigns. Help organize and oversee campaign activities to maximize engagement and reach.
• Content Creation: Contribute to creating engaging and innovative content for our internal media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce content that resonates with our target audience.
• Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Executive in executing our TikTok services, including account management, live sessions, video production, and other related tasks. Provide support in planning and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, particularly TikTok, and familiarity with its trends and features
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools is a plus
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
