Join Aircall as a Senior Product Designer and make a big impact in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall’s strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
- Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Own the outcome of your job and keep an eye on metrics.
Team Environment:
- Join a small, collaborative team with a mindset that values autonomy and proactivity while ensuring you are never alone.
- The team is spread between France, Spain and the US, promoting a diverse and inclusive work culture.
- Sharing and collaboration are key within the team, encouraging open communication and teamwork to achieve the best outcomes.
- Impact the product not only by designing features, but also in-app communication, copy, marketing.
Team Objective:
- Transform technically complex products into easy-to-use tools for everyday use.
- Work on complex user journeys considering diverse profiles including team managers, agents, sales representatives, and their clients, supporting the business of SMBs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
