Job Description:

The Data Scientist will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large sets of structured and unstructured data.
They will analyze, process, and model data and then interpret the results to create actionable plans for the client and its customers.
The individual in this role will utilize scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract knowledge and insights from structured and unstructured data and apply knowledge and actionable insights from data across a broad range of application domains.
The employee will need to understand how to create and manipulate large data sets and use data normalization and cleansing tools to meet the needs of client customers.
To ensure adoption by the business, this position will be required to ensure the quality of each dashboard release, and data refresh, and adhere to a regular refresh and dashboard publishing schedule.
The individual in this role will need to be able to perform the following functions:
Refresh analysis data regularly and publish new dashboards.
Work with, establish working relationships, and develop a strong working knowledge of client business processes, strategic vision, and overall mission.
Ensure data accuracy by quality-checking each analysis before publishing.
Build new data visualizations to demonstrate business performance and uncover opportunities.
Participate in business/IT projects that will enhance the quality of the data to be used in the visualization tool and ensure data sets utilize core data wherever possible.
Compile and analyze data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis.
Conducting deep dive analyses with data stewards and business subject matter experts or developing new data sources and analytical models to identify opportunities to drive value & innovation in HR.
