About the Role

Miro is seeking a Workplace Coordinator for the Miro Amsterdam Hub who will join our global Workplace Services Team. We are looking for someone who will drive our Workplace culture by ensuring a happy and productive environment for our teams and creating seamless and delightful experiences for both employees and visitors in our hub. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the space as well as handling different vendors and projects while constantly looking for ways to optimize our workplace processes and hub activities. 

You will also play a key role in our move to our new Amsterdam headquarters, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining uninterrupted workplace operations while we set up our new office.

The ideal person will be a collaborative team player, positive, hard-working and proactive with a passion for helping people and creating amazing workplaces. 

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Represent the workplace team as the first point of contact for any workplace-related requests
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors
  • Assist with onsite events and initiatives, bringing the vision to life
  • Create and carry out offices processes and policies, as well as daily office-related operations
  • Support all steps of the employee experience and lifecycle
  • Bring comfort and functionality to the office space

What you’ll need

We are looking for a communicative teammate with great experience in workplace maintenance and working with document flow.

  • At least 2 years experience in a Workplace Experience, Operations or Office Manager role
  • Ability to negotiate and maintain vendor relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English is mandatory, Dutch is desired
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and project coordination
  • Highly motivated and self-starting
