We offer a career in a forward-looking industrial research team with a solid track record in innovation and publication and delivering its result as factual contributions to on-the-market devices.<br></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced <strong>Material Technology cooperation and planning Manager</strong> to join our team.<strong></strong>This role will involve project management, strategic networking, and collaboration with academic institutions to enhance our material technology capabilities.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the exploration of decorative and structural material technologies in Europe.</li><li>Act as a project manager for material scouting initiatives and coordinate the collection and evaluation of material samples, establishing a strong network within the European luxury materials industry.</li><li>Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and collaborative projects focused on identified material technology directions.</li><li>Monitor academic advancements and research trends in material technology across Europe, fostering long-term cooperative relationships with universities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the headquarters R&amp;D team, providing regular updates to shareholders on the progress of technical scouting, material studies, PoC projects, and collaborations.</li><li>Explore opportunities to expand scouting efforts to include additional technology domains.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong><br></p><ul><li>Educational background in material science, mechanical engineering, or related technical fields; a Master’s or Ph.D. degree is required;</li><li>Proactive and well-organized, with a strong results-oriented mindset; </li><li>Eager to learn and apply new knowledge in daily work;</li><li>Excellent communication skills and daptability in a multicultural working environment;</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered as a advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong><br></p><p>This full-time consultant position located in Helsinki, Ruoholahti office.
