As a Drywall Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged drywall in residential properties. You will use your expertise in drywall installation and repair techniques to deliver high-quality repairs and improvements. Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate damaged drywall to determine the extent of repair needed.
- Repair and replace damaged drywall using appropriate techniques and materials.
- Prepare surfaces for repair by cutting, measuring, and fitting drywall.
- Apply compounds and textures to drywall surfaces to ensure a seamless finish.
- Ensure availability of necessary materials for each project.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on every job.
- Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to ensure project success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General Liability is preferred, workers compensation is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall repair
- Proficient in drywall installation and repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Living in the US
