About the Role: Salto is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Services Advisor (TSA) to join our team. The TSA will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, driving solutions implementations, and providing top-notch support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a creative thinker and problem solver who can thrive in various deployment scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners, Technology Partners, and National Partners.
· Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support Salto’s products and services.
· Technical Support: Respond to high-level tech support tickets.
· Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise.
· Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
· Brand Building: Support partners’ strategies and help them meet changing market demands through strong relationships.
