Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and distribution strategies across the UK / Ireland region for Ineos Automotive. Working in conjunction with our dealer partner network, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, growing market share in the UK and Ireland. They will also be the spokesperson and central contact for all sales and marketing activities in the region, as well as planning and managing marketing events and campaigns.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies which focus on expanding market presence, increasing sales volume and maximising profitability. Areas including distribution channels, network development, fleet and preowned
  • Prepare and manage regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, providing timely and accurate updates to leadership
  • Align the planned sales network closely with the regional after sales manager to ensure the maximum coverage of the markets (sales & after sales) and a strong fit to the sales network in order to optimise the customer journey  
  • Monitor and measure monthly performance for agents/retailers
  • Engage with potential UK Fleet customers and ensure that bids and public tenders are prepared in collaboration with the Fleet Sales Manager UK

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in general management as well as sales, sales planning, sales steering and marketing. Background in network development and insights in agency models is a bonus
  • Knowledge of innovative automotive sales strategies and trends. Experience with different sales formats e.g. direct sales, subscription models in a b2c and b2b environment
  • Experience working in the automotive OEM/industry and having the ability to quickly adapt to changing objectives and changing market requirements
