Wachter is accepting applications for an Administrator Assistant in our Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. This position is a temporary 4 to 5-month position, although could become permanent for the right person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.

General Summary:
Duties and responsibilities include welcoming/greeting visitors, helping them navigate through our office, and coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Ordering office supplies and placing internal supply stock room.
- Assist the purchasing team with entering/updating Purchase Orders and pricing in accounting software.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Reception, general office administration, clerical and travel coordination preferred, but not required.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic networking terminology and product descriptions.
- Must interact well in a team environment.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid driver's license.
