Junior Corporate Development Specialist

<p>As a Junior Corporate Development Specialist at CO2 AI, you will provide crucial support across various departments (CEO, Investor relations, Marketing &amp; Communication, Finance), optimize processes, manage data, facilitate communication, and coordinate projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience that goes beyond the ordinary.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)</strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>“Chief of staff”:</strong> orchestrate lively and productive full team meetings, rituals and events, to ensure clear communication of company-wide updates and tracking of Objectives &amp; Key Results (OKRs) to enhance collaboration across departments.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>External communication:</strong> support organization of key events; identify and prepare relevant speaking opportunities for CEO and other team members, elevate team members’ profiles on key networking platforms, and engage with industry groups to bolster visibility</p><p> <strong>Investor Relations:</strong> support Board meetings preparation and follow-up actions; prepare different forms of reporting to investors and animate our community of Business Angels (newsletter). </p><p> <strong>Business Intelligence:</strong> conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses, ranging from market and competitor analysis to financial-related insights and organizational benchmarks  </p><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)</strong>  </p><ul><li>Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.</li><li>Atleast 1 year experience including internships in the following fields: Investments (VC, PE, Banking), Consulting, Marketing &amp; Communication, Operations in 2 different environments (Start-up, Corporate, Firms)</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.<br></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br></li><li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.<br></li><li>Genuine interests and passion for Strategy, sustainability &amp; climate topics.<br></li><li>Experience working with Notion and Google Workspace.<br></li><li>Fluent in French &amp; English</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><br><strong>WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Role-based in central Paris (France), with the possibility of 2-3 days of remote work a week.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>YOUR TEAM</strong></p><p dir="ltr">You will be part of the Operations team led by the VP Operations</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>RECRUITMENT PROCESS</strong></p><ul><li>Interview with HR (Neha/Arnaud)</li><li>Interview with hiring manager (Maud)</li><li>Confirmation call with CEO or another member of the leadership team</li></ul><ol></ol> •
