The Role:
The Education Manager Korea will build and scale industry leading, brand first, blended training programs & services. Reporting into Brand Director KOREA, and collaborating across functions, as well as Global and APAC education teams, you will make impact in all territories and geographies through education evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an education strategy to deliver the brand equity to internal and external customers.
- Provide a high-quality, creative, blended learning syllabus for field, retail, and Magic Office
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods including classroom, in-situ, digital & experiential training and ensure that locally market-specific commercial and cultural needs are met.
- Support cross-functional collaborations and, as a subject matter expert, provide category consultation and recommendations promoting customer centricity at every touch point.
- Attend regular site visits and training observations to review delivery and support education team facilitation.
- Cascade global training standardisation guidelines, assessments, and certifications to cater to all local Charlotte Tilbury retail staff.
- Lead, coach and inspire a team Tilbury at retail and travel retail channel for Education and Artistry & Development.
Requirements
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong education and training experience (above +5 years) in cosmetics/luxury industry
- Strong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with positive mine-set.
- Exceptional presenting skills, training, coaching and communication skills
- Fluent in both English & Korean (English will be main communication language in the office)
