We are currently looking for a Junior Social Media & Branding Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our accounts on the major social media platforms in line with our long-term strategy. Key responsibilities:
- Support the team in executing and optimising the existing social media strategy;
- Help to manage the social media accounts for our SMB and Enterprise products
- Collaborate in creating editorial calendars with content that attracts new users and engages current ones
- Engage in daily social listening and audience engagement across all channels
- Assist the team with replying to customers’ questions, concerns, and reviews on social media, referral sites and forums
- Continuously run experiments to optimize the social media and community strategies
- Create reports and use that data to analyze what’s working and what’s not, make suggestions accordingly
- Manage the company’s review sites and respond to all reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams within marketing, employee branding, the design, and other internal teams to deliver the social media and online community strategy
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content to help to grow our community, and convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive and captivating media interactions.
You may be the perfect match if you have:
- English: min. C1 level
- 1 year of hands-on social media experience across the major social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik-Tok
- Proficiency in creating short SM content
- Experience in creating reports and interpreting them to make actionable suggestions
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience managing review sites
- Experience using Canva or making simple edits in Photoshop
- SaaS / B2B social media experience
Salary range:
Contract of employment: 4 500 – 5 500 PLN gross/month
