Sales Representative - CPT

Hire Resolve client is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to clients in various industries.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions. You will prospect for new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to the success of a leading recruitment agency.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide them with recruitment solutions
• Present and promote our services to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

• +- 3 years’ experience in the professional beauty industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid driver's license
