FICO Architect/SME (S4 HANA)

FICO Architect/SME with S4 HANA Implementation – Candidate must have strong exp in FICO SME with S4 implementation experience(at least 4 implementation). Candidate should be from Technical side not support side.

Location - Chicago / Dallas / Houston

Salary – Up to $180k/Annum for both roles

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and understand the existing financial processes, systems, and requirements of the Fortune 500 client, providing expert guidance on best practices for SAP S/4 Central Finance.

2. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP FICO module within the S/4 Central Finance environment, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including finance, operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication between SAP S/4 Central Finance and other business systems.

4. Support the decoupling of the SAP S/4 Central Finance instance, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.

5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the SAP FICO system design, configuration, and business processes related to the decoupling project.

6. Provide expert-level support for the testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal impact on the client's business operations.

7. Plan and execute SAP FICO system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's business.

8. Mentor and train other team members on SAP FICO best practices, driving knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Central Finance.

3. SAP FICO certification and/or SAP S/4 Central Finance certification strongly preferred.

4. In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Controlling.

5. Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Central Finance architecture, data models, and functional capabilities.

6. Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements, with experience in decoupling projects.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.

9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
