All About Kids is a therapist-owned Early Intervention agency with a mission for providing the tools necessary for children’s developmental success and promoting child learning. The Early Intervention Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) (LCSW) or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) will guide and implement their therapeutic clinical skills to provide a greater quality of life within the routines of the family day.

Early Intervention specialists provide individual services to children in the least restrictive environment, and offer supporting and understanding the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. AAK also offers a clinically strong Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program that complements our ongoing early intervention services.

Compensation

$55-$75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate daily session notes on our easy-to-use web-based documentation system
• Provide quality, evidence-based clinical interventions to children and families
• Collaborate regularly with all team members
• Work with team to increase skill acquisition while decreasing interfering behaviors
• Complete required progress reports with accurate and thorough information/data
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork prior to starting each case
• Submit weekly billing on time and comprehensively

Requirements

• Valid and current NYS Licensure of either:
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Clean background and criminal record
• In-Person availability (sorry, we are not hiring virtual/teletherapy at this time)
