Compensation

$70-$90 per hour

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, supporting them in their journey toward achieving personal milestones.
• Oversee programming of child to maintain data in the program book and graphing
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain child confidentiality
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans focusing on development and social engagement
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Work closely with patients and/or caregivers, clinical experts and other service providers as needed
• Work with team to increase skill acquisition while decreasing interfering behaviors
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

For LBA/BCBA:

• New York State licensure for Behavioral Analyst
• Current BCBA Certification
• Previous completion of the 8-hour supervision course and previous supervision experience
