Responsibilities:

  • Identify key technical objectives  and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for Customer​
  • Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)​
  • Coordinate resources, onboard project teams  and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process​
  • Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. ​
  • Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition ​
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost effective​
  • Evaluate incoming requests​
  • Approve planned budget report with Account Director ​
  • Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.)​
  • Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction​
  • Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs ​
  • Perform risk management ​
  • Perform priority management​
  • Closely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer​
  • Growth and develop customer's channels​
  • Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service​
  • Improve quality of delivery service​

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)
  • Strong communication skills​
  • Good sales skill set
  • Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects​
  • Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems​
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken​
  • Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects​
  • Understanding the business policies and procedures​
  • Technical background​
  • Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs​
