Due to our rapid expansion to serve more children, we invite people who have proven commitment and competence to join us in transforming the lives entrusted to us. We are looking for a hands-on & energetic Corporate Affairs Executive to help us grow awareness for the Autism Resource Centre (S) /Pathlight School. Your primary role is to support the Corporate Affairs Manager in managing and executing effective Internal and External Communications functions in the areas of :

1. Communications

Coordinate and manage all internal & external communications such as:

  • Develop and curate content for public and internal communications with external and internal stakeholders via:
  • Open House, Website, Social Media platforms, queries, annual reports, presentations, collaterals
  • Staff Communications platforms
  • Track, monitor, review results to evaluate effectiveness of communication channels and execution methods for events/open houses
  • Support media relations, activities and requests

2. Stakeholders Engagement

  • Corporate partners & Government Agencies - Cultivate, manage and deepen relationships with key partners to further School mission

  • Parents - Drive parent engagement initiatives to enskill parents, including orientation programmes, workshops and regular communications

3. Other general school operations including school events/activities and visits as assigned.

Requirements

  • A degree with 1-2 years relevant working experience in Corporate Communications or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates with a relevant degree may also apply if you possess the following attributes:
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with good eye for details
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge in design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • A genuine desire to serve the special needs community
