We are seeking a contract Ambassador Program Manager to join our team and lead our grassroots Crossposting Ambassador program. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing this program into a major marketing channel. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-level or loyalty program marketing. Additionally, we are looking for individuals strong in people operations and a desire to achieve weekly and monthly goals.

About Our Program
The Neighbor Ambassador Program employs individuals in specific cities across the country to crosspost assigned Neighbor listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and OfferUp. Ambassadors are responsible for managing their own accounts on these platforms and responding promptly to incoming leads. 

The Ambassador Program Manager will be responsible for recruiting and overseeing the efforts of the Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Management:
  • Recruit new ambassadors through Upwork and other freelancer platforms
  • Create online training materials and "assignment posting sheets" using in-house AI tools

  •  Program Operations:
  • Monitor ambassador performance and remove barriers to their success
  • Make decisions regarding the retention or removal of ambassadors from the program

  •  Payouts and Commissions:
  • Manage the issuance of commissions to ambassadors for successful storage listing reservations
  • Verify the legitimacy of reservations and ensure accurate commission payouts

  •  Data and Analytics:
  • Track and analyze program performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment, training, and retention strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, and people management
  • Strong operations skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancer platforms
  • Moderate understanding of UTM parameters
  • Ability to build and motivate teams while maintaining accountability
  • Experience in multi-level or loyalty program marketing (preferred)
