Will work with Ops team to review Target Operating Model for new platform implementation. Test and sign off any requirements for new model.
Develop and lead the strategic transformation roadmap for operations within the Transfer Agency and Funds Post Trade/Order Management domain.
Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions in operations.
Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

Operations Transformation lead with strong years of experience in this area, again experience in Transfer agency and Funds post trade/ Order Management domain preferred
Good to have experience in Mutual fund.
Proven experience in operations transformation within the Transfer Agency and Funds Post Trade/Order Management domain.
Strong understanding of industry regulations, fund operations, and order management processes.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
Familiarity with technology solutions in the financial services sector.
