How you will make an impact
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who is energetic, hungry, competitive and excited to strategically target good fit partnerships. You will work alongside the VP of Strategic Partnerships and other members of the team to grow top of funnel partners in FinTech (Neobanks, Finance apps/services), Insurance Carriers, Human Capital Management (employer wallets, benefits marketplaces), Automotive etc. – building relationships from cold outreach or conference meetings to partner signatures.
You will work closely with the partner success team managing a smooth transition through implementation and launch. You will work in sync with partner success (as required) through ongoing partner management to unlock additional growth opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing partnership team, with a seat at the table as we define and strategize on the future growth of partnerships, defining and targeting the desired partner mix and portfolio.
