Location: Morrice, MI

The Fulfillment Supervisor is the main point of contact in Millennium’s supply chain process with key responsibilities in leading our warehouse team and processes, Millennium’s WMS, safety and facility maintenance. You will be responsible for providing operational leadership for high volume, quality, and accurate order fulfillment consistently meeting the needs of our clients via effective communication and partnerships with all of Millennium’s Team members. In this position, you will be managing multiple virtual warehouses and will administer all functions to ensure timely accurate product receipts, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes. You will develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive employee initiatives to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged, and committed to the success of Millennium and our clients.
