Senior Manager - Digital Consulting

The BlueRock Digital team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Manager who will work with clients to Drive digital transformation, engage in excellent change management procedures, lead teams, manage strategic client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deploying new software solutions effectively and improving business processes for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, eCommerce and professional services.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring successful systems implementation and integration projects.
• Consult with clients to identify their software needs and translate these into actionable project plans.
• Lead these project plans for the implementation of software systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level customer service and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate client transition from legacy systems to new solutions, mitigating any challenges and ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Deliver training and support to clients, empowering them to utilize new systems to their full potential.
• Stay current with software trends, particularly CRM systems like HubSpot, to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to enhance service delivery.

• 8-10 years in digital or management consulting
• Experience leading digital transformation projects and client engagements.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
