WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an associate manager or Manager to further our display and paid social strategies, manage client relationships and deliver best in class execution for our JP or KR clients. Reporting directly into the Team Lead you will be part of a growing team being formed to help expand our services in market, working with some of the biggest brands in retail and travel.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Ownership and monitoring of campaign to ensure that biddable/performance team provides proactive, strategic and tactical optimization recommendations. The channels under your remit will be SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, and the wider ad tech landscape
Lead end of month/quarter campaign wrap ups for biddable/performance channels
Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes
Develop and execute rigorous testing plans
Translating client requirements into Biddable/Performance campaign delivery briefs
Effectively manage client deliverables to deliver on time and on target
Develop strong relationships with your client, acting as key channel expert
Be able to communicate with clients on subjects outside your remit, and provide them with useful insight
Craft actionable insights for weekly and quarterly reports
Manage the successful task delegation of work for 1-3 junior team members
Requirements
THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Fluency in English & Chinese
Approximately 4-5 years experience in a digital media agency, client side or ad tech firm
Expert knowledge of at least one biddable platform on SEM/Social/Display/etc.
Experiences managing multi-countries, cross channel clients
Google Ad, GMP, facebook certification desirable
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
Able to mine consumer insights for performance campaign
Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches
Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience managing people/teams
