The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a 5-star hotel or a reputable bakery, with a focus on pastry preparation. Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient limitations, and sanitation principles is essential. A certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or a relevant field would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis Pastry, baker, or relevant role in a 5-star hotel or well-known bakery
• Passion for pastry-making and eagerness to learn
