We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at GluCare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive patient acquisition and retention for our diabetes clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, display advertising, and social media
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
