Your expertise will drive the success of our CRM initiatives, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.</li> <li>Design and architect CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.</li> <li>Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.</li> <li>Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience and record as a Business Architect or similar role with several successful client journeys.</li> <li>Facilitator or contributor in pre-sales processes.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE as a project leading professional.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, being able to co-op with customer C-level.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.</li> <li>A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Exciting customers and challenges</strong></p><p>You’ll get to work with large companies in all of Scandinavia – and the world.
