Maintenance Supervisor

 

Platinum Parking Cleveland is looking for a maintenance supervisor

Full-Time  Monday - Friday

$18 - $20 per hour based on experience

The supervisor will ensure that the workforce is properly trained, organized, and has access to tools and items they need to execute assigned tasks.   The supervisor will be expected to help out with day-to-day maintenance work as needed.  They will be tasked with the responsibility that all team members follow rules, procedures and safety protocols set forth by the company and client.

 

Qualifications

• Experience as in the maintenance field -  cleaning, trash pickup, scrubbing, painting, etc

• Team player, ability to motivate & retain team

• Driver's License required
•  
• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred

• High School education or equivalent
•  
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
